Every morning, after jumping out of bed onto his yoga for a few sun salutations, he does at least 20 minutes of meditation.  It’s the foundation of his career as a pro skier.  “It’s not just about having a practice, it’s about sharing it,” says Aidan.  “I want to help other in action sports – really everyone – learn the art of awareness.  There are those doubting voices in our heads that tell us we’re unworthy, and that we can’t live our dreams.  After two years of meditation I can hear those voices, and like starting up my computer in the morning, I can clear my processor through meditation.  And you can too!”
